Thanks for the empathy and professionalism you displayed during this difficult time. It's greatly appreciated.   Your support, care and compassion were a great comfort to us Sanders. If I'm honest I'm not sure we would   have coped with everything if it wasn't for you, you listened to me that in itself meant so much, thanks also to your son Liam.
